Custom Nightguards vs. Boil-and-Bite Nightguards: Which Is Better?
In this video, Dr. Charles Pearson explains what mini dental implants are and how they differ from traditional implants in size, placement protocol, and cost.

I would imagine if you dip them in water and form them, they probably are soft nightguards, which sometimes tend to make clenching worse. People want them because they give, and people really dig into them. The ones professionally made have a soft liner, they stick in better, and they have a hard shell on the outside.
