I have been asked before, “Dr. Pearson, can I get a tooth put in the same day I get the implant?” The answer is yes. You can get a temporary tooth, and it will look enough like the real tooth. It’s certainly better than what you came in with. We use that while your custom crown is being made just for you for a proper fit and proper looks. That usually only takes a couple of weeks, so that way we get the best of both worlds.
