How Many Implants Are Needed To Stabilize a Denture?
In this video, Dr. Charles Pearson explains what mini dental implants are and how they differ from traditional implants in size, placement protocol, and cost.
Regarding the number of implants needed to stabilize your denture, I like a minimum of two on the lower. However, I hesitate to do those anymore as they’re more prone to breaking. Therefore, I would highly recommend four on the bottom and six on the upper.
