How Much Do Implant Dentures Cost?

In this video, Dr. Charles Pearson explains the typical cost ranges for implant dentures and how different levels of stability affect the overall investment.

It varies with what we’re doing; there are different types. I think I mentioned that earlier. We have the regular denture that is just stabilized with several mini-implants (the least expensive of all), and those run roughly around $7,000 to $8,000 a set, upper and lower. The next thing in line is the semi-removable, which gets rid of the palate. Now we’re talking about a roundhouse bridge. This stays in place, has no palate, and you won’t be able to remove it, though the doctor will. Those run $16,000 to $20,000; that is quite a bit more, as it’s an expensive prosthesis.

Then, up to the other number-one option: this is where you don’t take them out at all. Lots of implants are required for that, and I do those for $20,000. It is expensive, yes, but over time we have payment plans to spread that out over as long as 12 years, so we can tailor-make a payment plan that is comfortable and affordable for you. In the meantime, you can enjoy the benefits of a secure, healthy dentition and a pretty smile.
